Terms of Service

1. Overview

These Terms of Service govern your use of the myGameDojo platform.

By accessing or using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

myGameDojo provides access to premium educational content and guides through a subscription model.

3. Accounts

To use the service, you must create an account and provide accurate information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.

4. Payments and Subscriptions

Access to premium content requires a paid subscription.

Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We do not store your payment details.

Subscriptions may renew automatically unless canceled.

5. Individual Guide Purchases

A one-time purchase grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable right to access the selected guide through your myGameDojo account.

No recurring subscription is required to maintain access to an individually purchased guide while that guide remains available on myGameDojo.

Access to an individually purchased guide will continue for as long as the guide is offered on myGameDojo.

A one-time purchase does not grant:

  • permanent ownership of the guide;
  • a downloadable copy of the guide;
  • the right to copy, distribute, resell, or publicly display the guide; or
  • guaranteed lifetime or permanent access.

myGameDojo may permanently remove a guide where reasonably necessary, including where:

  • the guide has become materially outdated or inaccurate;
  • the creator or rights holder no longer permits its distribution;
  • removal is required for legal, regulatory, copyright, or safety reasons;
  • continued availability has become technically impracticable;
  • the creator's relationship with myGameDojo has ended; or
  • myGameDojo or the relevant part of the platform is discontinued.

Access to an individually purchased guide will end when that guide is permanently removed from the platform.

6. Refunds

All payments are final unless required otherwise by applicable law.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to share your account with others.

You agree not to copy, distribute, or resell content.

You agree not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or misuse the platform.

The Community Guidelines in section 14 apply to every profile, guide, video, image, community post, comment, message, upload, and coaching communication you submit.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the platform is owned by myGameDojo and is protected by copyright laws.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

10. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of the service.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of your country of residence.

14. Community Guidelines and User-Generated Content

These Community Guidelines apply to content and conduct across myGameDojo, including profiles, guides, videos, images, community posts, comments, messages, uploads, and coaching communications. By creating or uploading content, you confirm that you have the rights needed to share it and agree to these rules (version 2026-09-02).

You must not create, upload, send, or promote:

  • Harassment, targeted abuse, intimidation, stalking, or bullying.
  • Hate speech or hateful conduct that attacks, dehumanizes, or promotes discrimination against people based on protected characteristics.
  • Credible threats, incitement of violence, glorification of violent harm, or instructions intended to facilitate harm.
  • Sexual exploitation or abuse, grooming, sexual content involving minors, child sexual abuse or exploitation (CSAE), or child sexual abuse material (CSAM).
  • Unlawful activity or content, fraud, doxxing, malicious disclosure of personal information, malware, or attempts to evade safety controls.
  • Content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other legal rights.
  • Spam, scams, impersonation, deceptive promotion, or repeated unwanted contact.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

  • Users can report content and behavior through the in-app reporting controls and can block another user in Messages.
  • myGameDojo may review reports and automated safety signals, remove or restrict content, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve evidence, and cooperate with law enforcement where appropriate.
  • Content involving apparent child sexual exploitation or abuse is removed and may be reported to the relevant authorities or child-safety organizations as required by law.
  • If you believe a moderation decision was incorrect, contact support@mygamedojo.com with enough information to identify the decision.

These rules apply in addition to the rest of the Terms of Service. Serious or repeated violations may result in immediate removal of content or account access.
